IRONCROFT Warranty

Most of our customers use the product fully within 2 to 4 months of receiving, so our standard warranty is 12 months from the date ordered. Any questions, please let us know at Warranty@IronCroftUSA.com


IRONCROFT Return / Refund policy is simple.

If someone makes a purchase from IronCroftUSA.com and wants to return the product within 30 days from purchase date… as long as the product is in new condition in the original, unopened package and unused, we will accept the return and refund all monies except for any shipping charges that IronCroft is charged. (Getting the package to and from the customer.) IRONCROFT does NOT sell used products, so we do not take used returns.

Once you get a RMA number from IRONCROFT, there is 2 options to get the product back to IRONCROFT. 
A. The least expensive shipping back to IRONCROFT is to swing by the post office and pay for the shipping there. 
B. IRONCROFT can send a return label. The cost of this return will be taken off the refund amount.

If the product(s) are NOT in the original packaging, undamaged and ready for re-sell, then we cannot accept the product(s) back.

We are aware that Amazon and large companies allow customers to select reasons for a return that do not charge the customer for the shipping to them or back to Amazon. They do that by making customers pay $150 yearly membership fees or build the costs into their products. We keep our prices low and our profits are low, so as many people can afford our products as possible and appreciate your understanding. We have very few returns, but when we do only the shipping charges apply.
